Travel in a group and save on the cost of your holiday

Discounts are available for groups of three or more people booking a tour together. We calculate our prices on the assumption that there will be two people sharing the fixed costs (such as luggage transportation, holiday packs and administrative costs etc.) As a result, we offer reduced rates for groups of three or more people booking a tour together. The size of the group discount depends on the number of people in your group.

Discount rates are as follows:

• 2.5% off for groups of 3 or 4
• 5% off for groups of 5 to 8
• For groups of 9 or more, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Terms and Conditions

• Discounts are available for groups of three or more people booking a tour together.
• Application of the discount will only be applied to the original costed value of the holiday.
• Application of the discount does not apply to or affect the deposit payment.
• The group discount is shown as a line on your invoice and applied at final invoice stage.
• Group discounts cannot be applied to extra nights, single supplements, solo traveller supplements or holiday extras like additional maps and guidebooks.
• Group discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer unless otherwise stated.
• Contours Holidays group discounts are not available to bookings made by travel agents.
• Contours Holidays group discounts are offered at the discretion of Contours Holidays and thus have the right to terminate discounts or to amend the rules, regulations, conditions of participation levels, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect the value of the discount already accumulated.
• Please note that if you book your holiday online and quote a discount, voucher, or special offer code, these will be manually deducted from the cost of your holiday after you have submitted your booking. Your holiday acknowledgement email and invoice will reflect this accordingly.
• The group discounts cannot be backdated.
